Waiting for my boys....

....TO WAKE UP!!!! Ben is still fast asleep after a long night at work. And then there's Kevin. We made our monthly trip to urgent care this morning. He has been feeling under the weather the past week and nothing has seemed to work. The last couple of days he's been fighting a fever and bad cough. This morning he woke up with fever, cough and his right eye swollen shut. Bless his little heart. He looked miserable. He was eating great but I was still thinking it was possibly an ear infection. Thank goodness it wasn't!! He has a bad URI and pink eye. Now we get to fight to get eye drops in him 3 times a day. Who is the genious that thinks you can put eye drops in any child under the age of 10? There has got to be an easier way.

Kevin has been sleeping so much this weekend. I'm talking 12 hours of sleep at night and several naps during the day. Hopefully all this sleep is making him feel better. As of now, he's been asleep since 1:30. Total, he's had about 6 hours worth of naps today since waking up at 6:00.

Praying for a fun and uneventful week! It's going to be a crazy week at work with staff out so Kevin needs to feel better and make it all day.
